MLB2K9 injuries

Is anyone playing MLB2k9? I have a question on injuries.

I have a few players on the disabled list. Example Prince Fielder went down on the 60 day DL. That was about 25 games ago (I'm playing 52 game season). It still shows him as 50 days left? WTH is up with that? Why is he not coming back? I have a few other players that are the same way. One of my pitchers went down on opening day, 60 day DL and he too is still not back.

I believe the game has gotten days confused with games, Ian Snell went down for 8 days and that was 3 weeks ago (52 game season as well)

Probably a bug. When they coded it, they probably just said "# games = # of days" figuring everyone would do a 162 game season. The latest patch finally made the game play decently well, but there are still some problems.

This cant be true as Fielder has been out for 20+ games and he's STILL at 50+ days out. It almost seems like its REAL days... not video-game-days.

I can't find anything on this issue.

I went with "The Show" this year after a couple years of 2k and many prior on MVP (RIP).

Anyway, I remember reading something that might be releated in a review of the 2k game. Said it was "confused" this year, and the only thing they really improved on was the fielding, everything else went downhill (paraphrasing of course)
