Considering how hot Toronto's bats were preceding that, I'd consider that more of a righteous accomplishment of Cleveland's pitching staff.

Meh. I watched some of their games in September and they have a habit of leaving runners on base. They were pretty bad in April and May too. Last year's playoffs in the final game with Kansas, I think it was two runners on, no outs, one run back in the ninth... No runs scored.

leave for debate, Cubs down 0-2, return, Cubs up 6-2 with 2 on and 1 out and now......8-2 1 out.

😎

and holy shit--real runs! where did those previous 6 runs come from? I'm guessing 2 or 3 solo shots at least, right?

Are you talking about the last debate?

Interesting then as Cubs have never trailed tonight.

They were down 0-2 in like the 2nd. And then I just learned that the run that was called out, and reviewed because it was clearly safe, was still called out. which is nuts. Should have been 0-3

Or was that the Cubs up 2-0 and Dodgers should have scored to make it 2-1?

loooool look at all of these errors in one play. Dodgers need to take a nap.

EDIT: OK yeah I don't know what I was seeing/remembering at the time. no score until the 4th inning tonight. I think I am confusing the earlier game when Indians were up 2-0 at one point or something.

shit.
