Unfortunately, this trial amounted to a Battle of the Scum Bags. The jury was faced with a choice, whom to detest more; the child molesting freak or the greedy welfare defrauding parents.

Parents like this are sending their kids to Jackson hoping they will be molested so they can cash in. It is not a coincidence that Jackson selects only children with shakey homes and highly suspect parents to molest.

For those of you saying "just like OJ", Los Angeles County screwed that case up big time. Had nothing to do with how much money OJ had.
Example #1 - Remember the blood in the Bronco? Couldn't use any of it because the LA County DNA lab was proven to have mishandled all their DNA testing for the 12 months previous to and including the month they tested the Bronco blood.
Example #2 - Dude picking up evidence in the condo's driveway with his bare hand (and it got videotaped by one of the news crews).
Plenty more where that came from.

The state should take away that mothers kids, and any other mothers kids who have stayed at Neverland for the past four or five years. Thats where the problem started.

the prosecution should have never put the mother on the stand. Most jurors make a direct link to her when asked why they voted not guilty. The mother got too greedy and put on too good of a show for the jurors and they saw that.

The american justic system at one time the best in the world is broken and it well never be fixed again.
I am not real sure that that our present goverment is in fact a a legal constitutional government.
Our forfathers took much time to make sure that our three branches of government remained seperate.
Right now as we speak All three branches are run by lawyers and judges most of which who are corupt. So infact these three branches are know longer seperate.
Many people believe old honest Abe was a great pres. well this guy sucked . I believe all peoples are created equal . So the slavery thing was a good thing to fight and die for America would not be a great place without our Black brothers and sisters. But that was only 1 of the reasons for the cival war. The biggest reason that this war was fought was over states rights. I might be the only 1 left in the USA that believes that if the majority of the people in a state want to leave the union it should be allowed. After all they voted to join. If that government becomes so corupt and changes the constition than buy all means if a state wants to leave that corupt system and the majority of people in that state vote to leave it should be allowed . Abe Freeing the slaves was a great thing indeed. But at the exact same time slavery was abolished (good thing ) We lost our checks and balance system. We became unconstitutional goverment.(very bad thing).
So in closing ladies and gentleman I can honestly say with much remorse that lady justic is TRUELY BLIND.

Actually, the defense probably called the mother, or would have whether or not the prosecution did.

this reading really brought me to tears.. literally...

i am soooo happy that this was the outcome.

maybe it is my age and the fact that i grew up with him... i have watched him grow up and have watched his stunted growth. i think he is a weirdo, and could use some help.

but i never, not once.. ever thought that he would ever hurt a child. I have always 100% believed that when he says that he can take a child and hold them close and kiss their faces... and sleep cuddled with them... and it was nothing about sex.. but only about love... i beleived it.

and this trial has upset me from day one.. cause i have been in the majority so often. and i have feared for only one instance that my heart has foolded me...but it did not!

but i was moved to actual tears of joy at this verdict...

I am lame, i guess.

Flame away.

I agree. But I hate to have any of these people in this thread on my jury how about you?

Presumed gulity is thier attitude vs presumed innocent as it should be. Whether by MJ freakish looks which has been commented on about 100x in this thread or hear say, they've already convicted w/o evidence.

Well least you can allow the judge to decide a case instead of presumptuous morons running around today.

But that might not even help... some of you all should really read this book I link...by Fox News Senior Judicial Analyst and a conservative Judge... talks about how innocent people are convicted all the time by our criminal criminal justice system. Cops lying, Social care workers brain washing children, judges and govt ignoring rule of law etc all to get convictions boost thier budgets and look like "good" guy to public when in fact they are your worst enemy. The only way MJ beat them was with money. You or I would have hung.. Like this Iranian father featured in book, who has differnet customs, dared kissed his daughter on the mouth at her basketball game and is now doing 20 years!!!!

Constitutional Chaos : What Happens When the Government Breaks Its Own Laws

Another good book which will keep you awake at night

</a>

I pray none of you get caught up in the system...better have a couple million dollars handy to defend yourself against overzealus prosecutors and overzealous juries who don't wanna be there anyway.
