Mixing Ram

Hello all, I currently have a stick of 256 Corsair XMS PC3200 in an NF7-S with a 2500+ @ 3200+. Now i want to add 512MB Ram but the XMS PC3200 is like 150, so I was wondering if it was ok to buy some Corsair Value Ram PC3200 and mix it with my current RAM and still keep my overclock? Thanks in advance!
