PROVO, Utah (AP) -- Provo residents can now official mix and match their family pets.
City Council members voted unanimously last night allow people to have two cats and two dogs. Previously, the city code had said people could have cats or dogs, but not both.

When I hear about laws like this I wonder about the events that led to them being passed. There must be a good story there.
