You are right and one candidate wants to increase that "donation".
Hasn't he said he wants to go back to 2010 military spending? Meaning, levels already seen under Obama?

Seriously - maybe you should do a few searches before you completely fucking make shit up:

The only person with a sickness here is you - maybe you are suffering from alzheimer's.

Yes except the difference is that Obamas spending is going towards a war. The war will be over and mitt wants the spending to remain. Does that make sense to you? Should we continue spending money like we are still in a war? Does it make sense when someone wants to continue that spending and institute tax cuts and not touch medicare all while lowering the deficit?
haha.
For all you Romney supporters - I have a $20 bill I'll sell to you for $40. LMK if interested.
Under Obama that 20$ has lost much of its value due to inflation. Then add in the taxes he puts on it and the fact that he no longer wants us to be able to sell our things and id say that trade is closed.
You mean like the photo op of asshole Obama looking at storm damage? As if he has to see it with his own eyes to do his job.
What damn hypocrites you clowns are.
You think the President of the United States visiting a disaster area is the same as Romney buying prop goods to have people donate or Ryan washing clean dishes is the same thing?
He wants spending to remain to open up new jobs, which are being lost as we speak due to less military spending. Say what you will about needing jobs that aren't based in the military, but increasing military spending (and hopefully NASA too) will create a good number of jobs. So in that sense, sure. I'll be OK with that spending. I'd rather see us out of afghanistan and save money and lives that way. Stay out of Libya, out of Syria and so forth.
