Lol! It's quite simple, multiple people have claimed brown attacked wilson AND there is evidence to support that claim! So you either have this evidence or you don't. It certainly sounds like you don't believe there is evidence either. That's why you haven't shown any and that's why you divert this issue away from yourself and others and the claim you made to me and my character. It's classic CBD behavior😉

With all the happenings that have taken place, all the evidence provided, all the legal proceedings, etc., etc., etc., in the end this is how I rank the situation:
99.9% likelihood Brown was the aggressor and the shooting was justified police action.
0.1% likelihood Wilson murdered Brown.
It's not making a definitive 100.0% positive call, still leaving wiggle-room for the alternate possibility.
Add on top of that there has been no evidence to support that 0.1% likelihood of murder.
There comes a point where you have to just fucking call it, and move forward with your pathetic life. It is no one's responsibility or duty here to pamper you through whatever emotional state you are dealing with.
A lot more people are beginning their Thanksgiving Day newly unemployed because their place of employment was torched by people as unbelievably obtuse as you are.

I only care about the evidence to simply point out people's bias and to show them their beliefs are faith based. I care more about the process and that the process was fair and just, so far it's not looking so good and it that should concern everyone, not just brown supporters or wilson supporters. The fact that cops get special treatment when facing the same justice system ordinary citizens face should be sounding alarm bells in everyone's ears.

There was *NO* fucking way the DA was going to get a conviction, none. He knew it, the FBI likely knew it. *ALL* forensic evidence supports Wilson's story. Several eyewitness accounts support his story which is supported by forensic evidence. The eyewitnesses that don't support his account have all been discredited by the physical evidence and other eyewitnesses that do agree with Wilson *AND* the physical evidence.
There was no special treatment except he saved the taxpayers millions of dollars and society the agony of another sham trial for political purposes.
No bias there right? That group is notoriously liberal and if you google "Pamela Meanes" you'll also understand how the bar could release that statement.

M. Brown's mom was on CBS morning show and whined about her son, gave excuses after excuses about her son behavior at the store. At least she did not repeat the lies such as he was "a gentle giant" and "about to start college" and "shot from behind". Uh huh. If her son did not behave to Wilson as he did at the store, he would be still alive. Period.

Don't you find it odd that the two key situations that would make or break the case is absent of any evidence except for eye witness testimony? You don't find it odd at all that in order for the prosecutor to win the indictment and have the case go to trial all he would have to do is provide the eye witness testimony that supports darrions version of events and instead the prosecutor sabatoged his own case and provided testimony from witnesses that support Wilson's version of events? You don't find it odd that the prosecutor didn't cross examine any testimony that supported wilson that didn't match previous accounts the witness gave? You didnt find it odd that a prosecutor, whose sole responsibility in a grand jury hearing is to provide evidence for the prosecution, let wilson himself testify? Nothing odd about that at all huh? I guess you also didn't find it odd that the prosecutor didn't question Wilson's testimony when it contradicted Wilson's original accounting of what happened.

Your key witness (Dorian Johnson) is a known liar from a previous case where he provided falsified information to the police, yet you take his story as being the gospel. The forensic evidence and other witness statements blow his claim of what happened out of the water.
it's confirmed in the evidence from GJ that mike brown's body was 153ft. 9 in. from the police cruiser. NOT the 35 ft. that everyone has been quoting.

Do you even hear yourself? You basically want the prosecutor to discredit his own witness, what sane prosecutor would do that? Mcculloch did! But that's besides the point because discrediting the witnesses was done and yet it wasn't done against Wilsons conflicting testimony in yet another stunningly unusual move by the prosecutor (which you have yet to acknowledge).
I'm still curious as to what this forensic evidence you have that backs up the claim that brown attacked wilson.

As I said about 200 pages ago, I have no evidence either way other than witness testimony, which we can agree on, isn't consistent across the board. You see, unlike you, when you don't have evidence I don't declare the opposite claim must be true.
