We seriously need an entirely new sub-forum for people to get their rage on over police issues, separate from those who want to take in a more moderate, sensible view of the country, the world, and the news.

Yes I'm talking about ferguson and Missouri, since Darren Wilson came from a now disbanded police department.

The Police are too busy shooting people dead, they don't have time to riot, burn and destroy businesses. I'm not a business owner, but if I was and had the choice between the two. 100/100 times I'd take my business being burned to the ground by an angry mob over being killed dead by a police officer.

You dumb fuck. Multiple businesses (PLURAL) in Ferguson were looted, burned, and destroyed by the mob. I and several posters provided links. Where are the links of Ferguson police burned, looted, and destroyed businesses in Ferguson?

The mob/looters/rioters were using the excuse of MB shooting to riot and loot, therefore, my posts were RIGHT ON topic. Is that hard to understand? In the other hand, you were saying about the bad deeds of other police departments elsewhere. FUCKING STUPID that you are.

The protests and riots and looting are a part of this story, and deservedly belong in the discussion.

If you have a problem with that, go vandalize and loot your local gas station. Short of that, how can any of us be sure we should take your complaints seriously or not?

It's being reported that the entirety of the forensic evidence supports his story, so far as being assaulted in his vehicle, the gun being fired AND hitting Brown from in there.

Brown's blood is on the officer, his gun, and the inside of his vehicle.

Yet... isn't that all beside the point? Brown had been shot and was fleeing. Then the officer took the initiative to get out and "pursue" with deadly force. If he is allowed to do that... if he should have... is in serious question. Like that sick !@#$ who "finished off" some teens that broke into his home.

The key is if we understand that Brown actually did turn around and charge back towards the officer. Frankly... that he'd assault him in the first place, not long after committing his robbery... I can believe he was crazy enough. I'd just like the evidence to point towards it as well. It remains an open question.

The officials said that while the federal investigation was continuing, the evidence so far did not support civil rights charges against Officer Wilson.

Based on this information, I have a feeling the Grand Jury will be returning a "No Bill" decision on the case and the DOJ will not be bringing any charges against Officer Wilson.
 
Well, it's not like the prosecutor asked for an indictment, he didn't. Of course the cop will probably get off. They usually do.

It would take someone having the full video of the altercation to charge the cop (if it showed wrong-doing).
 
Well, the Grand Jury has had free reign/access to all the witnesses and they could indict if they felt the evidence pointed to Officer Wilson committing a crime. It's quite telling when DOJ can't find any evidence to support charging Officer Wilson with civil charges.
