I saw a lot of signs of "Hand Up, Don't Shoot" but no signs of "Hands Up, Don't Loot".

Where are the Civil Rights of those small business owners? Where are the throughout investigations of blatant Civil Rights violations for those minority shops/businesses owners?

Here ya go skippy. Their hands are up and they are stopping looting. Go back to Fox News, Brietbart, Newsmax et-al and find some more negative things to say about black people.

I asked for signs. Oh, and since they tried to stop looting as you stated, then why so many businesses were looted, burned, and destroyed? At least one were looted twice.

People could be seen carrying hubcaps out of an auto supply store. A shoe store also was looted, with police swarming into the store's parking lot. A QuikTrip convenience store was overrun, with people grabbing items and running out of the store, glass shattered and items strewn about the sidewalk.

Other witnesses reported seeing people vandalize police cars and kick in windows in the St. Louis suburb.

Did I mention anywhere in my previous about black people? :D

I do not need to find anything. The facts are out there for anyone to see. Like this one, from ABC News = http://abcnews.go.com/US/vandalism-looting-reported-vigil-missouri-man-killed-cop/story?id=24923516

and from CNN = http://www.cnn.com/interactive/2014/08/us/ferguson-unrest-videos/?hpt=hp_c2

Darn those two so racist news sources..LOL. Oh look at them ran like rats away from the cops (from first video), not so tough after all with those who can fight back, eh? Why not try to choke those cops like the little shop owner in the video?

No comment at all about Civil Rights violation for those minority small business owners from you or Obama or Holder? Double standard hypocrisy much, eh?

So when good citizens in that town do exactly what you suggest not with signs but with deeds you still bitch. You're not so clever as to hide your agenda.

BTW quiz kid, robbery is not a civil rights violation. Try reading a history book for a change.

Can't handle the facts, get out of the debate kitchen. Still no signs? Yup, nothing, nada, zip, nothing. Again, if they really try to stop the looting, then why so many businesses were looted and destroyed over several days?

Robbery? You mean like specific targeted non black businesses to attack, loot, burn, and destroy via social media networks are not Civil Right violations? Uh huh.

Here is a quote about Civil Rights:

Civil rights include the ensuring of peoples' physical and mental integrity, life and safety; protection from discrimination on grounds such as race, gender, national origin, colour, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, or disability; and individual rights such as privacy, the freedoms of thought and conscience, speech and expression, religion, the press, assembly and movement.

Since you like to quiz, let play a little quiz. Do you think those protesters and looters/rioters have jobs? They surely have a lot and lot of time to protest, loot, burn, and destroy businesses in the last few days. Must be nice to have such cushy jobs with so much time off with pay. :D

Any pictures taken by health care providers and institutions would be subject to HIPAA, but not others. There may be other privacy laws involved but not HIPAA. Look up "covered entities".
So are you claiming the policing mandate supersedes the department's obligations as an employer?

Its an interesting theory. I can't find specific precedent either way but recent DOL decisions make me believe they would rule in the opposite direction. They've been very pro-employee recently.

Releasing a copy of a picture taken to document physical evidence of a possible crime would violate HIPPA laws?
You have to remember its also an employer releasing an employee's on the job injury.

I'm assuming you were smart enough the realize the police department had a dual function in this scenario.

And so it begins. Learn from history or be doomed by its repetance.

I told you people. Make ready. Be ready.

It's time.

Means nothing, I rioted during the Rodney King verdict, I saw a lot of white people, some asians, some Mexicans. When I watched the "news coverage" later though I only saw footage of black people. But in the store I was in I saw plenty of people of my skin color. Was crazy how different the media showing was over what I saw with my own eyes. It was probably 70/30 black/others during those riots, but the media made it out to be 100% black.

How many places were looted and robbed? Are they continuing? Is the MO Senator that is with the protesters also looting and robbing? Love how you generalize the 1000s of protesters as being rioters/looters when in reality it's a smaller group of a few hundred if that many.

Seems the typical "they're outsiders causing trouble" isn't holding water.

Tribal behavior at its best.

Learn from history. The occupy regards did the same thing. It's just human nature. They can't possibly be one of us.

When faced with facts and truth. Yeah, they are. They are part of you and you let it happen because it furthers your goal. You don't care about values or beliefs. But numbers.

Simple simple humans. So easy to understand. So easy to control.

At least a dozen from this link = http://fox2now.com/2014/08/18/many-businesses-looted-overnight-in-ferguson-and-dellwood/

More details with dots on map plus pictures of the variety of businesses that were looted and destroyed = http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/201...lize-loot-destroy-ferguson-businesses-photos/

Pretty sure there are more after this is over. Are they continuing? They can not because of the National Guards, don't kid yourself because of the goodness of those rioters/looters.

Note that those businesses have nothing to do with Brown death. If they are so angry, why not take on the police? Why not loot , burn, and destroy the police station? Oh, I forget, punks would not dare to take on someone who is stronger and armed.

Where did I generalize? See my original post about no signs of "Hands Up, Don't Loot" above and then Homer tried to soften the blow with the claim of those "guardian angels".

Yes, we know you are a white dude and you are down with your homies. You are one bad ass mother*******. You were one of the badasses that kicked Reginald Denny and you were right at the center of New Orleans to loot and destroy during Katrina too, right? Tell us something new that we do not know about. <eyes rolling upward>

I was reading some of the YouTube comments and someone said the sound is muffled because some are saying "dead" while others say "indicted". That probably explains it.

Yep, didn't hear that till you point this out, but that's exactly what's going on there. Had to lip read some.

Could you create and post a diagram, even if it's in Paint showing the proximity of the two with probable escape paths? A real bonus would be if it included the time for them to accelerate to their maximum capable speed on foot and the time it would take to travel the distance you indicate.

Thanks.

So you're unable to conceive of that situation given the information we have?

How sad.

The hard truth is, the peaceful protesters are enabling the looting, the vandalism, the burning.

It's a nice, convenient cycle. They get to protest for that inner feeling of joy. The looters get to cause havoc in the background. The police are forced to step in because of the violence and destruction. The peaceful part of the protest gets to further their narratives about the militarization of the police. And the looters get to continue causing havoc for their own gain.

Get out of the way, and the police can clean out the looters. Then the police can go back to not equipping all that "scary looking stuff" which is what the protesters want.

Either that or continue watching more of the town be destroyed. I mean, if that's what the community deserves, then we should all just let the community destroy itself.
