While I often wonder if it is truly necessary for the state to go after 80 year old men for crimes that happened nearly half a century ago, I can not justify letting him die in peace. As with war criminals and other hate mongers, they must be brought to justice as a matter of principle and to make an example to other cowards that think like them and act like them...

Yep, lets just skip the whole trial nonsense, and just string him up in the nearest tree! :roll:
I'd have to think there's very little in the way of physical evidence pinning him to the crimes, and memories of witnesses fade over the span of 50 years. Personally, I think they should have put him on trial many many years ago, at this point I doubt whether he can get a real trial.
