Missing "viagart.vxd" after updated to Via 4.31

I finally got around to updating my via chipset drivers, and now when Windows restarts I get an error message telling me it can't find viagart.vxd. I have the file but I don't know where Windows is looking to find it? Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it? Thanks a lot.

I actually tried that already. It doesn't look for it when I'm installing. It can't find it right when Windows boots up. I get the Windows screen for a sec then it tells me I'm missing that file. Is this the same problem? Help. Thanks.
