Missing Recycle Bin on XP Desktop

I had a recycle bin.

But for some reason, its missing.

I have to go to My Computer and hit the back button to get to the desltop folder, where it appears, and empty it there.

What happened?
 
I am not sure why it disappeared on you, but I will post a link for you in just a second that should fix your problem...
 
Dammit! Microsoft pulled the download from their site with no explanation as to why. Apparently they aren't only working on a new version, they must have found a flaw in the old one. 🙁

I think I may still have my old setup file...
