My Asus P3V4X has no FSB selections in Jumper/Jumperless mode between 140 and 150.
Anand lists all the FSB settings in this article:
http://www.anandtech.com/showdoc.html?i=1284&p=6
66 / 68 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 / 95 / 100 / 103 / 105 / 110
112 / 115 / 116 / 118 / 120 / 124 / 126 / 130 / 133 / 135
138 / 140 / 142 / 144 / 146 / 148 / 150 / 155 / 160 / 166

I have about half of these FSB settings available to choose from. How do I get all of these FSB settings? Or did Anand just list the wrong settings? I am using the 1005 BIOS which seems to be the newest BIOS out for it. Please Help!

From what I know, BIOS updates won't give you more FSBs, that has to do with your motherboard revision... Did you buy this board when it first came out? I got screwed that way on my P2B: later revisions had twice as many FSBs... The revision number on your board is probably printed in between the last 2 slots...

A more likely scenario is that the FSBs you're looking for are nonstandard and undocumented, in which case you can find them on the web, possibly at Asus's website www.asus.com

Or he could have listed the wrong settings which I seriously doubt.

Depends if you have the ICS or Winbond clock generator. The ICS clock generator on the P3V4X PCB revs prior to 1.03 have 32 FSBs. The new Winbond clock generator on PCB rev 1.03 has only 16.

I bought it about a week ago. It came with BIOS revision 1005 on it right out the box so I imagine its a newer revision.

Look on the board by the agp slot, between the dimm slots and the cpu where Asus silkscreened the name and revision #, it should be there
ex; P3V-4X rev 1.xx

I have yet to see anything else but rev.# 1.02, even in the new purple box? What has changed besides the clock gen chip, and is it better?

My P3V4X, revision 1.02 and BIOS 1004, has all of the FSB speeds that Anand mentioned, including 142, 144, 146, and 148. Have you considered flashing to BIOS 1004? I know for certain that this BIOS has the FSB speeds you're looking for, since that is the only difference between our boards. Asus also has a new BIOS flash utility that flashes from within Windows, so the awkwardness of a DOS prompt is no longer present.

Good luck! :D
