Trying to install my digital speakers and setup ask for the windows disk to get a bunch of SYS files but they are not on the disk!

Anyone familiar with this problem or know where I cam get the missing files. Have win 98 with all avail updates from MS.

Thanks

Sorry about that, meant to but got called away for a minor family problem.

Some missing files from the win 98 CD are:

hidusb.sys
hidparse.sys
kuser.dll
gm16.dls
wmand.drv
portals all .sys from here down
redbook
sbemul
stream
swmidi
usbaudio
wdmaud

These files are not on the sound system disk either.
Microsoft digital sound system ms80 is the speaker system name.

Funny thing is I had these working once before on another system with the same win cd . It was a pentium and new sys is a tbird but dont think that should matter.

Any help appreciated
