missing .dll for game...

New HD and install of everything 3 weeks ago...one of our games will not run 'multiplayer' with an error message saying a certain .dll file was missing. I found the 'binkw32.dll' online and downloaded it. Where do I put it?
 
"c:\windows\system32" ought to work.

Be sure to virus-scan it first.
