Missing categories when logged in?

I am curious about this -- when logged in, I can only see 14 items in the category list, and more when logged out.

Specifically, I would like to be able to post/reply in the SFF/Notebook forum, but that disappears when I log in.

Have I been excluded from that forum? Or never included?
