so you are choosing 'she is an innocent little flower' route even though she was warned multiple times before getting arrested and the protesters had shut down the road for a few hours already....got it....

You really don't understand why that photo went viral do you? It has nothing to do with the fact that she was actually arrested.

I really can't say much. But no one should support the punishment of people for crimes they personally did not commit. Americans, of all people, should be terribly frightened by the concept of collective guilt.

You're bang-on correct. That same collective guilt is what has Germany rolling over and willingly exposing its belly to those they know full well will conquer them, and they consider it a "good thing". 🙁

I don't know how she feels about the former.

I'm surprised you can't discern the difference in being the victim of random crime vs the victim of law enforcement representing the state. Its eerily similar to the slave/slave owner relationship which has ramifications far beyond the loss of a life.

I'm not surprised you make baseless assumptions that you know what I can and cannot discern.

Have you also assumed to have all the facts in the shooting case in question without access to enough evidence to do so?

And, if you want to know how I feel about all this, well, I endorse every single word from this guy.

Really good commentary.

I will give credit to the woman for looking into her heart and confronting her feelings, ugly tho they may be. Emotions are inherently irrational and deeply rooted to previous experience.

We all have ugly thoughts and feelings in our hearts, but it seems too rare that we confront them with reason and maturity rather than just act upon them.
