Misaligned Partitions

Is there a way to fix this asides from repartitioning the drive? I'm dual-booting between XP and Linux. I originally had Suse 9.1 in there but wanted to try Fedora Core 2.

When I removed Suse I used the Recovery Console in XP to "fixmbr" and deleted the partitions. PQ Magic reports no errors with the partitions. I did try to reinstall Suse and it doesn't complain and auto partition and installs.

If you are talking about cluster alignment to tracks then, no I don't think there is a way to change it while preserving data.
