Mirroring a folder?

Rather than Raid, i was wondering if there was a program that will mirror a specific folder onto another drive.
Like a backup folder on drive D:, automatically mirror the changes onto drive E:.

Preferably something light on resources.

There are three types of profiles with syncback

1) backup: makes backups from source to destination
2) synchronize: syncs folders making changes in both the source and destination as required (no deletion)
3) mirror: makes mirror image, source is copied to destination changing only files at destination (deletion and copying).

Schedules can be made for any profile that you set up. A profile is a specific type of procedure including a type of sync, a source and a destination.

Yes, this program is really good. Thanks for telling me.
I like it even more of the fact that it's not something i have to have running in process all the time, just run it, press sync and done. exactly what i was looking for.
