Mirror my mouse cursor?

Microsoft's PowerPoint 2004 for Mac includes the new presenter tools similar to its Windows counterpart. A nice feature is that when the presenter places his mouse cursor on the slide in Presenter Tools, the cursor is reflected to the presentation screen (that the audience sees).

I'm looking for something like this for Windows. PowerPoint 2003 (with all its disappointments) does not host such a feature.

I'd like something that can watch either a specified area of Screen1 or the whole of Screen1 and mirror just the mouse cursor/pointer to Screen2. Anything out there like that?
