i'm you're age and have never had one problem with the law when i drank back in highschool. i was smart about it. you remind me of my 18 year old brother, he got a mip his senior year and a dwi a year later in his first sem. of college.

Whatever smartass. I'm not an idiot and sadly, I don't give a shiat if you've never gotten a ticket. I asked for people who have gotten a ticket, not some little Mikes Hard Lemonade drinker.

We were drinking with a few friends in the house when we heard a croud of kids outside. My buddy recently got a 03 Ram w/ Hemi and he was nervous about it. He kindly went outside and asked if they could move away from the house. They got cocky and start the crap talking. It eventually ended up with 3 of my buddies and myself getting into a brawl with about 8 drunk freshmen. The cops showed up and one of the freshmen was lying on the ground with a bloody nose. The cops then asked one kid if he had been drinking and he said no, but it was obvious he had been. He was stumbling all over the place. The cops wrote the tickets, but luckily, one of my buddies is 24 so he got out of it.

Lesson to be learned. Don't brawl packs of freshmen unless your above 21

You're a regular bastard, just so you know that. By the way, your friend is a POS for owning a Dodge Ram. I bet he is "nervous" considering he probably can't even drive it and hits parked cars.

You not only deserve the ticket, but they should have locked your ass up. You go and pick a fight with people, and didn't think of the consequences.

i wasn't trying to be a smart ass, i was trying to give you a clue so you don't end up like my dumbass bro who hasn't been behind the wheel for 4 months now. i didn't ask for a cookie for not getting a ticket, did i?

after i graduated HS i said to myself if i wanna drink i'll wait until i'm 21 and then make the choice. it's really ashame though, believe it or not i can have just as good as a time sober than i can drunk!!!

you will more than likely pay 100-200 bucks for the fine then 20-50 hours of community service.

first off, hahahaha. seriously though, no big deal. just make sure you can make your court date. one of my MIP, or whatever you call it, came in CA and since I live in PA I had to have an attorny take care of it cause I was in college and couldnt go back for my court date. That cost me an a$$load of money but i paid the lawyer to got the fine and community service dropped so all I had was court/lawyer fees and didnt have to return to CA for classes or community service.

here is some advice about getting drunk and fighting. When the police come, its over. Dont bother messin with em cause youll look like an idiot when they beat the crap outta you and/or toss you in jail for an overnighter.
