MIP on application

My cousin is filling out a pharmacy school application and she has an MIP on her record. Is she required to disclose it in on the question about felony and misdemeanor? i;ve read that you need two to disclose it, but i'm not sure.

also, if she needs to disclose it, what is the best way to explain it. put the date and leave it at that. or explain by saying that you learned a lesson from it, etc. she is 21 now by the way, so not like shes gonna get another one.

thanks in advance

Ack, pharmacy school application. Unfortunately they might have to disclose since they will deal with DEA issues and what not. If this was a just a job application you could probably omit it altogether. If the MIP occurred when you cousin was under 18 you can likely omit as well, but not 18-21.

Do not "explain" anything on the application. Just list the MIP and date. It is not a felony either, just a misdemeanor.
