minor annoyance: Programs folder pops up when logging into windows

I really dont know why it does this, and why it won't go away. I tried closing it and shutting down (all i can think of) but it's always there again. I installed some program called Watchdog and it requires a login for everyone. I had to do some privelges stuff to one of the programs in the Program folder. That's the only thing I can think of causing this. Any ideas?...

Oh yeh, this is on Windows 2000

Once again, Startup Control Panel may come in handy.

It should show you practically every program that is set to load at startup.

Try looking in your Startup folder and see if the program is in there.

Goto:

C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

You may want to check in the <ALL USERS> folder also.
