minimum for HDTV

I am putting together a moddest HTPC (cheap kit off ebay, customizing a bit)... its a 2.8ghz P4, 512mb DDR400, and integrated video. with that specs, whats the minimum card I can use with Linux/MythTV for high-def streams? Immediately it will be hooked up to a standard CRT, but there's always the chance of HDTV and don't want to have to upgrade.
I am not looking to spend much more than $50 IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. I was looking at a 6200 256mb (not the TC model). Would that be good enough to play 720p/1080i streams? I doubt any HDTV I would get in the near future would be 1080p, not to mention any HDTV tv capture card probably won't be dealing with 1080p AND broadcasts wont be in 1080p anytime soon anyhow. so... if the card can handle 720p, I should be set. I'd likely upgrade before an HDTV purchase, but I just want to be future safe. its AGP by the way.

The 6200 will be fine, and at least, another 512mb of ram, would be a good idea.
