Mini Wireless Color Camera w/Mic $35

I have this camera.

The sound is VERY low hard to hear unless you turn the volume on your TV WAY UP!

The camera actually works better off the 9V battery than when it's plugged in. Too much interference from the AC outlet I suspect.

Nice camera though. 😀

Could you post a sample video for us please?
🙂

Sorry, never captured any video using this camera. Plus I have no place to host the vid if I had.

For the price I really don't think you'll be disappointed other than the sound quality.

Could it be used as a good security camera?

Depends on how far away your monitor is from the camera's transmitter.

I noticed a HUGE difference using the battery over the AC Outlet as I've mentioned.

However, for a security camera you're going to want it plugged in, therefore you'll want your monitor with receiver fairly close (as in within 75 feet) or up to 250 feet with no walls but your reception will start to suffer.

I think a better antenna on the receiver would help a lot though.

How am I supposed to put it in the ladies room when it has that huge ass transmitter? And what's with the crappy lens, if it even has one? It looks like a pinhole camera.

The huge box is the receiver, not transmitter...
