1. Driving home from work, and here a talk radio "contest" giving away to the "winner" a free copy of the, "Hot new video game for the PC, America's Army"
WTF? that game is a free d/l to anyone!?!!? Obviously the jockey knew this, but rather than letting it go quietly, he proceded to hype it up talking about how the Army uses it to train soilders and such... grr4r... I felt like calling them...
2. Bank customer service, my acct went overdraft yesterday, and I was unaware of it (check finnaly cleared that I wrote last month)
no problem right??? $32 fee (excessive yes, but I agreed to that when I opened the acct.) ....
Log onto my web-banking and WAIT A SECOND?!?!?! $128.00 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111! WTFBBQ?!?!?1
Thats right, $32 for EACH OF 4 Items that posted during the 12 hrs that my acct was overdrawn!!! That is pure bullshit, of which I was never informed!
Total of Items posted during overdraft period: $89.60 OVERDRAFT FEE: $128.00 !!!!
The OVERDRAFT FEE is more than the Items that were overdrafted!
I call CSR to complain, and am told, to call my branch manager, and they "might be able to do something for me" WTF? Can they? or can they not?

I'm bitching about it now, but I did not give her a hard time, she was just doing (or trying to do) her job. I politely asked to speak with a manager, and was told that there was nothing that they could do for me at this number (the CS number) and that any and all fee refunds are handled by branch managers.
That's it... It's off my chest... I won't be able to spend any money this weekend (so much for going out of town to my buddie's graduation party) but at least I can smoke a joint and relax now...
