Mini-ITX Form Factor Question

Where can I go to download the specs for ITX board layouts? We need to design an industrial enclosure that can take an ITX board (among many other things). I need to know the locations of the holes to be placed on the back panel of the enclosure for the motherboad to be mounted on.
Any help would be useful, http://www.formfactors.org/ did not have any specs for ITX and VIA's website didn't either.

You can try here. They probably have some info about specs and might even be able to give you some design ideas. Not sure if it has all of what you're looking for though.

EDIT: Deleted some pointless drivel from not reading OP thoroughly. 😛

EDIT2: Maybe this will be useful?

The second link was a little helpful. But I'm looking for more detailed info. Most boards I have seen seem to use just 4 screws to mount the mobo on to the chasis (like the one in the PDF you gave me) but I'm not sure if the ITX specs allow for other positions. In off the shelf ATX cases there are many screw holes for motherboard standoffs to be put in and most motherboards do not use all of them and use different combinations. I want to know if micro ITX just needs only those 4 mounting positions (in the PDF) or if there are others as well.
