mini itx case

i want a mini itx case for a sandy bridge computer and i want it to be 4.5 inches in height. Is this possible or I need to make a D.i.y. case...

Lian Li makes some nice mini ITX cases, they're supposedly pretty good and spacious. Here's one that I saw posted on the forums a few times;

is 8.94" not 4.5" ....

Most people don't have enough space, so they want larger.

that`s almost what i need, but i got few question about it...

the psu is reliable or i should change it?

the airflow is ok?

i got a 2500k, 8gb ram, 1ssd, 1hdd

Airflow's better than that In Win, but PSUs in these are not what I would call high quality...
