This is just racism pure and simple. You have blacks in the street agitating the community to take arms against all white people. Could you imagine what would happen if white people actually shouted " kill blacks" in this day and age!

Don't think it matters. Race riots in the end serve political purposes.

For people who've never been to the midwest, a lot of these areas are frankly more segregated than the modern south. There's a keg of racial animosity built up over a long time, for which these incidents themselves are just the spark.

that's amazing.

people asking to shoot a cop.

there are no words.

But online threats don’t always translate into real-world violence, said Maria Haberfield, a professor of police science at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City.

“When you look historically, people always threaten police officers,” she said. “It’s nothing new. ...What’s new is the availability of this threat to go on social media (which) sort of serves as a force multiplier.”

The threats that generally receive the most attention are those with a specific target and those with the widest reach, she said.

“It’s a different level of threat,” she said. “If suddenly you see the individual (making threats) has a group of supporters, then of course it would be taken more seriously.”

this professor is retarded.

what we have here is a textbook case of rabble rousing.

someone is going to take it seriously and some cop is going to be killed.

It appears as though the cop and criminal went to high school together, at least the sister says so. It has not yet been confirmed, though speculated. Not that it really matters that much. The entire faimly blames the cop and others, except the guy who was the criminal trying to shoot the cop.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...man-s-revealed-men-knew-high-school-days.html

  • Dominique Heaggan-Brown, 24, has been identified on social media as the cop who shot Sylville Smith, 23, to death during a traffic stop
  • Smith's sister Sherelle Smith said both men went to high school together
  • Furious Facebook users have posted threatening comments to the cop
  • Under a picture of Heaggan-Brown which was shared online some said 'if he's seen anywhere in the city drop him'
  • Heaggan-Brown is also known locally as 'KB Domo' - a musician who often collaborated with hip hop artist Dae Flywalker
  • Smith, 23, was shot and killed Saturday after a brief foot chase that followed a traffic stop
  • A few hours after the shooting, violence erupted on the city's largely black north side, with protesters hurling rocks at police
Even if not true. people are asking for the guy they think did it to be killed. Everyone who does this should be arrested... but that will never happen. The fact that people think the "victim" was killed wrongly when the facts so far indicate it was a just shooting, and act in this manner as well as everything else is just sad. Wait till all facts are out is what should always be done. They just look like animals wanting to kill whites and the cop, destroying their community. Also pretty sad that most of the usual anti-cop people here don't even acknowledge or say what has happened is wrong. Shows their agenda even more so.

I'm pretty sure several "anti-cop" people have remarked above that the rioting is misdirected, but to be fair I actually read the thread before posting.
