this is the second single from milky way, their first was anataboshi (anime op version) from a few months ago.
this group is linked to the anime kirarin revolution as they are a singing unit in that show. one of the three girls, kusumi koharu, is the main character, and she is also a member of morning musume.

the dress/outfit design was from a contest held on a children's tv show in july. kids submitted their designs and this design was chosen as the winner.

i'm still pissed off at myself for forgetting to submit my design before the deadline. ugh, i had this really awesome idea of them being in dinosaur costumes with their heads sticking out of the mouths. like the dinosaur that shows up partway in this video but with faces in the mouth.

argh, i hope they do a costume contest again.
