You don't need to buy the pills for milk. You can buy Lactaid (name brand) lactose free milk at practically every supermarket now. I haven't been to a supermarket that doesn't carry it.

I used to do whole milk only but then decided the extra fat wasn't worth it. Switched to 1%, I can't go skim... it is so disgusting.

:confused:

It's in the containers labeled "Milk," without "2%," "1%," or "skim" on the label.

The percentages refer to the quantity of milkfat.

So how much milkfat is in Whole? 100%?

4% AFAIK

Edit:
Wikipedia has conflicting information. One table says 3%(USA), and another table says 4%(Switzerland I believe).

It appears I missed quite a few commonly used types also :^D

* Buffalo
* Camels
* Donkeys
* Horses
* Reindeer
* Sheep
* Water buffalo
* Yaks

I get Silk most of the time out of laziness, then I go to the Rollin Oats for some organic crap when I'm not being lazy.

It's likely quite expensive too though, isn't it?

$19 for 125 pills, and sometimes they have Buy1-Get1-Free sales.
