Milk cartons - why no more missing kids on them?

So i was just wondering why they stopped showing missing kids on milk cartons. Instead they just send those flyer cards with the postal junk mail.

Can't remember the last time I bought a carton of milk, I usually get the gallon. Maybe because not enough people buy the carton to see the picture?

EDIT: Also, there are probably so many missing kids nowadays that they can't get all of them on the cartons even if they put a different once on each carton.
