As military technology continues to spread the gap between the militaries of the rich nations and the poor in a few decades it will take 3 special forces guys and about half a billion in equipment to invade an entire poor nation!

my friends' dad works at TRW and worked on that project. well it was a secret. and all i heard was, there is this laser thats shoots things out of a balloon.


its called THEL.


it was supposed to just mean THE laser. but then they made them have a real acronym for it. supposedly its really cool
