i'm wondering why the digg link had to have the "unidentified black man"

if he's unidentified why does it matter what color he is.
 
Wow, no way. Her career was just starting to take off, too. That's pretty sad. But I'm not seeing anything on noteworthy news sites (Wikipedia is not reputable for breaking news).
 
Wikipedia doesn't say anything. Helpful people with no lives usually get Wikipedia updated within a few microseconds of an event occurring.

After some googling and checking a few news sites I guess this is a hoax that has circulated around a few times before. Once as far back as two years ago. If you google the right terms you will find some Yahoo answer pages asking the same question about different scenarios of her being shot, car accident, etc.

Well, considering that Reuters wouldn't have put that info in it, it is one major red flag for a hoax.

Like I said, I don't believe the story is true. I think I've heard the same hoax about 4400 other times for other celebrities. Still, I'm sure rocadelpunk was not thinking that when he made his little waaaaaah racism remark.
