Today I was able to bench 205lbs which is my body weight. Just over a year ago when I started lifting I could barely bench 95 lbs. Super pumped!

Nice. Keep at it. I'm currently at a milestone for my lifts as well. I weigh the same as you but here are my stats:
BenchPress: 230lbs
OverheadPress: 165lbs
Squats: 375lbs
Deadlifts: 375lbs
Bentovers: 200lbs
Dips: +100lbs
Pull-ups: just bodyweight.

Tip: Come to the gym with a can-do attitude and listen to some music to pump you up.

Good work Sixguns! What's your next goal?

I listed my 2012 goals here but dont have them anywhere near me. I find out today, after my two year check up on my spine fusion, if I can start squats. I want to start working that in. Benching though, I am shooting for at least 225lbs by the end of the year.

Nice work man! Keep at it! Here's my current numbers on SL 5x5:

Squat: 200
Bench: 110
Deadlift: 200
OHP: 80 (this is lagging for some reason)
Row: 115

I just had my first deload on the over head press too. I was stuck at 85 pounds for three work outs, so I dropped it down to 70 pounds today. It felt so light lol. I'd really like to get it over 100 pounds eventually.

My stats on SL5x5:
Squat 135
Bench 145
Deadlift 225
Press 85
Row 105

My numbers are a little bit fudged because I wasn't always writing things down. Some weeks, I went up by 10 pounds on lifts I should've went up by 5, and I went up by 20 pounds on the deadlift when I should have went up by 10. I started my bench at 100 since I'd done a lot of pushups and dips before starting barbell training, and worked my way up to 145. I deloaded to 125 on Sunday. For the first couple of weeks, I was doing all 5 exercises each day. My 1RM for all these exercises is probably higher than what I've listed. These weights are all what I've been successful at performing five sets of five reps, except for the deadlift, where I always do 2x5.

And to the OP, Sixguns, congratulations!! I envy you. I want to get my bench to 200 pounds.

^You'll be able to get above 100 pounds. Your bench is just as strong as mine (145, and I can't quite complete 3 sets of 5 at that weight) but my OHP and rows are 105 and 135 respectively.. no idea why I can't get my bench up any more.

Jealous of sixguns 205, I feel like I'll never be able to get there!

Might as well list mine too for reference - I weigh ~162 at 5'10" and have been at it for ~10 months

squat - 215
bench - 145
deadlift - 250
press - 105
row - 135
power clean - 120, and moving up fast (just started)

I never thought I could bench this much either but once I set goals I really started to get more weight up.
