Like? The only other place I can think of is the food area, but even that almost always has people waiting for the bathroom or flight attendants milling around it.

Maybe a long time ago when they didn't fill each plane to the max or cancel the flight. Bathroom would be a huge turnoff since it always smells horrid, people are packed into the small seats like sardines, so...

Thread reminds me of a letter to the editor in a Playboy magazine from about a decade ago. Asked if fucking in Denver gets one into the mile high club due to its altitude? The editor wrote "That wont get you in to the mile high club, but will get you into the less prestigious fucked in Denver club".

I'm not on many empty flights. Taiwan to SFO is routinely packed. SF to Vegas or to LA are short hops and cheap airfare means its usually packed too.

I suppose cross country is more likely to get some emptier flights, but with the economy these days, very unlikely.

I've been on a Korea to Taiwan flight where it was maybe 40% full only. My own 3 seats, and empty rows in front and back. Probably that would be worth trying on, but other than that I think it's a bit embarassing when you step out of the bathroom with another individual.
