mild stomach pain

i have a mild tummy ache that first started maybe like 30 hours ago..the pain is like right in the middle upper half of my stomach..i dont have diarrhea nor have the feeling of throwing up..i have no heartburn..ache is mild but strong enough to not want to get out of the house..

what could it be?? i never felt this type of pain before.. should i take pain med? i also took gas-x last night, thought i was bloated but didnt seem to help at all...

What's your diet like?

i had souplantation wed night, dinner is usually asian type so with some rice , i drink coffee almost every morning..i usually eat mexican food during my lunch breaks (rolled tacos, chicken tostadas, not carne asada burritos tho)..idk eat all kinds of food hehe..also sometimes i skip breakfast or eat something really small
