*ok i have a AMD K7 Athlon 800 Slot A
*i have the stock heatsink on there but it is makeing noise
*so i need to replace it
*My Processor is NOT overclocked

-- Questions --
*what is the best heatsink
*And i would like the new on to not be that loud

-- 3 coolers i might get are..... --
*GlobalWIN VOS32
*GoldenOrb
*Taisol

ok i took some pics of in side my comp -- to show how much room is in there -- i hope you can see how this on fits in there -- My MotherBoard is a MSI K7 Pro -- The pics may take a while to load but... plz take a look and see if the is enough room for a VOS32 or something like that --- CLICK HERE FOR PICS

i just have a few questions. Which one is bigger and more quiet running the VOS32 or the Taisol ?? Because there could be some size problems. So you think the Golden Orb is not worth wasteing the money ? Also the taisol if found is THIS ONE

im not surre a Alpha or something that big will fit in because my motherboards power connecter is inbetween were the CPU slot is and the DIMM slots

thanks a bunch,

Since its a slot1, i would still generally say no to the G-orb.

I would suggest either the VOS32, or an Alpha with quiet fans if you don't like loud-fans. I'm not sure how the taisol SLot heatsinks work.
