Mike Tyson's Going Back To Prison

They searched his place a month after the incident supposedly occurred and found evidence? Evidence of a rape? I'm not defending the guy, but that sounds a little fishy. Unless maybe he taped it and forgot the tape was still in his VCR.

evidence could be fibers of clothing, strands of hair, DNA, receipts, a lot of things.

The guy's got some serious issues.

It also looks like the Lewis-Tyson fight is in the air. At the promo today, he went over to where Lewis was standing, a fight ensued which ended the promo. Lewis' camp said they have to re-evaluate and decide if there is going to be a fight. Also, on the news there was mention that Lewis' shoe came off in the fight and Tyson allegedly bit his foot.

And did you hear what he was shouting to the reporters after the incident?
 
Unfortunately, what they call evidence of "rape" today is also equally evidentiary of consentual sex. Take a million consentual couples, and search their homes, you're gonna find all of that. The ONLY difference being the accusation, and it is shocking how many false accusations of rape are coming to light these days. Guys spending 15 years in prison and - oops - the victim recants or DNA exonerates them.

Feminists ask "why would a women lie about that?" to which I can only laugh hysterically. A better question would be "why DO women lie about that?" since there are hundreds of documented cases. Accusations of rape or child abuse are becoming a routine weapon in divorce cases, even one of the largest child welfare advocacy groups admits that as many as 50% of all allegations of child abuse may be false.

IMO, if there is no evidence of FORCE, there is no rape. I'm not sending anyone to prison for 15 years based solely on 'he said/she said'. It is a woman's duty to resist, and if she can't show bruises, scratches, broken bones, then there was no rape.

 
He'll be back. He is a bomb waiting to go off and has already proven this by going off. I'm quite surprised he hasn't killed anybody yet. He should be put behind bars like the beast of a man he is or put on a permanent dose of tranquilizers.
 
Tyson is clearly a sick man. Like some kind of animal. But I don't believe he raped the first lady, nor do I believe he raped this one. Now all of sudden 4 months later they have new evidence? But because of his reputation people believe he would do these things. Its like the hooker on the street who claims she got raped by some guy who she told no. No one would believe her because of her reputation.
 
I dont believe he raped any of the women. He really doesn't need to. He has so much money and I'm pretty sure he can get many different girls.

I rarely will out and out call someone a moron, but you, sir, deserve the title in spades. So if a gun is held to a woman's child's head, with the perpetrator threatening to blow her child's head off if she doesn't submit quietly, she's not raped because she didn't physically resist? If a woman is incapacitated by a drug like Rohypnol and physically cannot fight back, then it's not rape since she didn't bust an arm fending her rapist off? So if your mother was told that unless she kept quiet and didn't struggle during the rape, the perpetrator would kill her, she wasn't technically raped? If you search in that pea brain of yours, you probably could come up with more instances where a woman would be afraid to struggle and would consider being raped "getting off easy" compared to whatever else she was threatened with.

God help you if someone you love (or God forbid, YOU) ever get raped.
