Ahhh 🙁

Seeing lights in the corners of my eyes and puking.

Feels like I'm constantly getting smashed on the left side of my head with an anvil.

Anyone else get these? What do you do for them?

I usually take a couple of aleve, turn off all lights/shut the shades (make the room as dark as possible), try and eliminate any noises, and just lie down for a while. It seems to work most times.

And here you are posting. I couldn't concentrate.

Get a physician to prescribe Imitrex.
It comes in tablet, nasal spray, or injection form.
Injection works in a few mins, nasal spray in about 15 and tablet in 30 - 45 mins.
Be warned though, nasal spray has a nasty nasty taste as it drains down the back of your throat.
Just be sure to avoid taking it on a daily basis or you will get rebound headaches.
Another thing you can try is oxygen.

A few months ago, I stopped eating corn and drastically cut down any corn syrup consumption. The number of migraines was drastically reduced and I don't really vomit anymore either.

I also take Magnesium too, which I think helps as well.

Drastic changes in the weather (hot to cold, rainy to sunny, vice versa, etc) seem to be the most common cause the less painful migraines migraines I get now.

Yours sound worse than the ones I get, that said, I use Excedrin Migraine formula. It doesn't make it go away completely, but it cuts it way down. I also do the dark quiet room bit, close my eyes, stay real still. It usually helps. Nothing makes it go away completely, in my case.

I had my doctor prescribe me a bucket of Tylenol 3's. I only have 1 left, so I should go back for a refill

I use to suffer from cluster headaches. It was bad enough to scream and cry like a little baby while rolling on the floor like a mad man. Relief was a trip to the ER and a dose of intravenous pain killer that would put me out for 24 hours.
Imitrex, oxigen, and other clasic treatment never had any significant effect. Thankfuly, as is often the case, the clusters went away when I got to be around 40. They never came back. Some say it is the worst pain endure by man, I believe it.

As for your condition, see your doctor.

have you thought about seeing a chiropractor so you don't have to keep taking all that liver-destroying crap?
