Yeah that's a good mobo too. It has just about everything but the kitchen sink. I'm pretty sure you can OC it pretty good. Haven't look at reviews on it, but it should be fine. It has RAID too, not sure if that is important to you.

Those Gigabye P31 boards are unbeatable IMO. I would also pay the extra $15 to avoid the Abit rebate.

I'm wondering about the P31 boards,i heard that OC pretty good,but i also heard the suck for OCing,only review i found of the GA-P31-DS3L is from PCSTATS,couldn't find any other.

I've heard that they weren't as good as the P35. According to Intel the P31 only officially supports up to 1066MHz FSB while the P35 supports up to 1333MHz FSB. Of course that didn't stop the P965 from being a nice overclocker.

EDIT: Fixed some oops.

P35 is the best affordable overclocking platform for the current Intel CPUs. I don't see X38/X48 as the mainstream board next year. P35 and Peryn will be dominant in 2008.
