original thread
I am pretty sure I can get hired in to this job. I am good at interviews, so I know I can win the recruiter over.
Here are the pro's for the job:
good pay after a while
car allowance
phone allowance
vacation pay
9-5, M-F (I have never had that before)
job security
nationwide company, so if I move I can just tranfer
con's:
first 8 weeks are in training on the other side of the state
during training the pay is very little ($400 a week)
no insurance for 6 months
Right now I average around $800 a week, have full benefits, and pretty much come and go as I please. I hate my job though, and I know I am underpaid. I am just debating on if the first couple months of struggle would be worth the switch.
What would you guys do if you were in my situation?
