Midterms finally over...

Finally midterms are over for me... two in one day!!! It was a pretty crazy day. Pretty sure i failed one of them and did alright on the other. If anyone else feels like cutting themselves feel free to vent!!

Dont ever take chem at CAL or any science classes
 
I go to cal, they're only over for a month or so before wave two starts. Do all other schools have more than one midterm? :disgust:

I had nine midterms and quizzes + 10 hour programming assignment + three 8 hour labs last week.

4 more tests to go this week.
 
I took the world's easiest midterm today. You'd thinka class called "Discrete Structures" would be at least slightly chalenging. 25 questions, 19 were True/False... took 15 minutes for the whole test.

"convert 63 (decimal) to binary"... hahahaha....
 
I dunno... i'm a freshman at CAL and it kinda feels like your life is at stake everytime you take a midterm. Also... why the hell do they call it a midterm if you take like 3 or 4 in a term? Isnt MIDterm suppossed to mean you take it in the middle of the term?????
 
oh man, I have finals nextweek... AAAA!!!! Ahem, ok, thats out of my system now. I totally feel for you dude, midterms suck, especially when you get THREE of them per quarter IN ONE CLASS!!! what happened to that whole "mid-term" thing where you only have one during the "mid-term" *sigh* school sucks....

I just got done with midterms and have a FINAL day after tomorrw.
Damn fast moving quarters.
 
ah, semester system at USC. No finals 'til begining of may.

Although, I wonder like you all do why we have more than 1 midterm.

I have a few coming up (the 2nd round of 'em in my classes). why the heck are there more than 1 midterms in classes?!
 
even though it sucks to take more than one midterm for a class..sometimes its good. it makes sure u at least go over the stuff before the final, or else u can be more screwed...
despite this good reason, i still hating midterms...
 
Ive had one last week, and one today. Good thing that they have those midterms, I think. I wouldnt even have cracked a book to start my revisions for my finals otherwise.
 
Heh....mine have been over since last Friday. I'm on spring break now....don't ask me what I'm doing on ATOT while I'm on break. I should be out partying.

You should take liberal arts courses. I don't have any "exams" in two of my classes, just essays. Course, that does mean I have four papers due this week, which sucks. But I've got two down and two more to go, then I'm outta here Friday morning. 😀
 
My hate for midterms is so deep that i can find no words to describe them. Just got my results from my chem midterm... 38 outta 100. I felt that one in the ass. I feel so royally screwed now... and many of my floor mates agree. Some people have given me words of incouragement, but i know it is really pity. CAL is crazy... some student just committed suicide in one of the buildings because he couldnt make it into CS. That midterm just screwed my mood up for the rest of the week.... and i cant afford to drop the class. But i gotta take it like a man... its time to take it... UP a level.

At Davis some of our classes have more than one midterm.
 
i never knew midterms could be over. they just keep rolling by for me. until the big daddy comes by: finals.
