Mid Range System Upgrade

Hey Guys,I'm from Bangladesh.And I'm gonna upgrade my PC its gonna be budget one I like to play games.But I'm in deep trouble cause I can't take the decision.Which one should I go for?

(Remember Guys My Budget is only 800$)

AMD Athlon 64 3200 + - 250$
or
Intel Pentium 4 520 2.8Ghz - 180$

Gigabyte Intel 915P - 120$
or
Asus A8N-E Deluxe - 150$

ATI Radeon X800 256 MB - 380$
or
nVIDIA Ge-Force 6600GT 128 MB - 315$

512 MB PC3200
or
1024MB PC 3200

and a normal power supply.I've another question is there any problem if i don't use a UPS .i have got a volt stabilizer.So give me a suggestion.

AMD. Go x800 with a full 1GB of ram.
It's not a problem if you don't use a UPS, but it's better if you do.

I dun know whether Bangladesh has X800XL. But X800XL is the cuurent best cost efficient graphic card

In Bangladesh Sapphire X800XL is available for 450$,which I can't
afford🙁.And I can't go for 3200+ when I'm using a X800.The Same when I'm
using a X800 I can't go for 1 GB RAM.Now guys which one is Better?

yeah vendors in Bangladesh must had got the price tag wrong

I suggest getting option 1 as well.

Actually getting a 3000+ may save you a bit of money for GPU

But the problem is they don't want to bring 3000+ or Sapphire X800Pro (MSRP:259.99$@ZipZoomFly).It (X800 Pro)Would cost the same around 385$ but the core is better.Back in January 3000+ was available for 190$.Now its impossible to get 939 pin 3000+.The dealers are bad here.All I want is a good upgrade.Now I have got a ATA 133 HD 40 GB.I'm selling my old pc for only 110$ with a HD.This was my old pc's config:
Celeron 1.1A
256MB RAM
Radeon 7000
Gigabyte GA60XTA
Maxtor ATA133 40GB

a guy wants to buy the whole system for 110$(Without multimedia and Monitor).Another guy wants to buy it without HD he wants to give 80$ only.Ok
