well pushing it for what? what are the specs on the computer you plan on it running?

EDIT: ahh didnt see the link, yeah it should be fine since its actually at 80% efficiency but the 500w is for $59 so think about that for more headroom. im using that on a q6600 with a 4850
 
how much are you saving on that combo?

Because unless you really want a modular PSU, there is a great deal still on the earthwatts 430. Should still be about $30AR
