My bro has one except with a different name on it. It can't even cut the hair from my head. But it works on my nose hair and arm hair when I tested it.

I have the Microtouch, and the nose is the only thing it works marginally well on. It doesn't even work on my facial hair.

I have it... it seems to work fine, esp for less than $15. It's not that powerful, but works to cut the hairline on the back of the neck fairly well.
