I agree, part of me thinks it sucks that we don't get 1080p, but then I remember that I am using a 720p TV, and I stop caring, haha. I don't plan on getting a new TV anytime soon (maybe in a few years, I'll go to a 4K TV, if they are cheap enough). 720p is fine for me, I'm not a graphics person...within reason.

I think it's a problem when a game that uses an engine as old as titanfall isn't 1080p in 2014 no matter how you slice it... I deal with it because some of the games are really good anyway and I cannot play them elsewhere.

Agreed, part of me is a bit disappointed. But then I play the game, and I 100% don't give a sh*t.

I've put many many hours into Titanfall. Not once, while playing it, did I ever think, "If only this had more pixels..." I finished both Tomb Raider and Ryse, and never had that sentiment. Heck, Ryse is some of the very best visuals I've ever seen in a game. I play Madden alot, and I have no idea what the resolution is.

If there were no internet, I couldn't tell you how many pixels ANY of the games have. And nor would I care.

I haven't played Titanfall in probably 3 weeks, just not feeling like playing it (and no one to play with). I don't think the resolution is bad, but I'm not crazy about the art style, as it makes things tough to recognize (specifically people) at a moderate distance. Then again, maybe that's the idea--the people are wearing pseudo-camo uniforms that make them tougher to spot. I'm used to the dumb kids in CoD who use the bright orange gun camos and crap, which you can spot from a mile away, haha.

The resolution doesn't bother me one iota anymore.

But the tearing and frame drops are down right unacceptable. If I'm going to drop frames, it better be to keep the frames together. I can't believe how much that game tears. Just slap on v-sync, it isn't twitchy enough to claim the input lag from v-sync will matter. Woof!
