microsoft word needs "tabbed browsing"

keyboard short cuts are nice. what i want in windows is tabed explorer windows. so i can tab btw folders and such, extending this to word would also be great.
 
i have word 08, but notebook view is good for notes and such, not exactly for just regular documents, essays, etc. Yea I use cmd ` and clicking and holding on the word icon on the dock, but it still isnt that great.
