I went to the Chicago one as well. We actually didn't get there until about 7:45, got our software, got a bunch of food, and stood in the door watching the presentation. My roommate won the fleece jacket they gave out, and my raffle ticket was 1 off of a guy who won $100. That sucked. It was worth it, even thought we were only at the event for like 45 minutes.

Food was good. Couldn't stand the music. If the presentation would have started on time. I would have stuck around, but I was outta there at 7:00. Did the place eventually fill up?
