Is there anyone here who has experience with this service from Microsoft? Do you think that it is worth the subscription price? All opinions are welcome. If this is the wrong forum I apologize in advance and would appreciate any suggestions on where it should go.

If you are an IT professional, it's most definitely worth it. Not only do you have Microsofts Knowledge Base, you get access to some great White Papers, how-to's, etc. It's only like $250.

If all you need is technical information, then Technet is great. I use it religiously and would probably not survive without it. :) If you need more than Technical information, then MSDN might be better for you. I would only get MSDN if you are a developer, not an IT Support person. Eventhough MSDN does not include Technet, it does contain enough information to get by.

But, I would stick with Technet. The Technet Plus is better. You get all of the Beta versions of software and also trial versions without buying them. If you have your MCSE, you get a good discount on both versions of Technet.
